Art. 2.° Cuando haya conmoción interior á mano armada, y sea necesario hacer uso de la fuerza pública, en los casos determinados por la Constitución, ó para asegurar el orden público en los Estados, conforme á la ley de la materia, se elevará el pié de fuerza hasta el número que el Poder Ejecutivo estime necesario.
