º . Límite al crecimiento de posiciones en derivados. La Superintendencia Bancaria establecerá los requisitos mínimos de administración de riesgos que deberán cumplir los Establecimientos de Crédito para la realización de sus operaciones de tesorería. Las entidades que incumplan tales requisitos, no podrán incrementar sus posiciones nominales en operaciones con derivados, en un porcentaje superior al veinticinco por ciento (25%) del valor de la sumatoria de los derechos vigentes en la fecha de expedición del presente decreto.
