Artículo cincuentaitrés. Creación de nuevos servicios. La Administración Postal Nacional podrá en el futuro prestar nuevos servicios de índole similar a los que actualmente presta y siempre dentro del espíritu postal como ha quedado definido en los acuerdos y tratados internacionales, a medida que las necesidades y el desarrollo de la entidad lo requieran. La creación de nuevos servicios deberá ser aprobada por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
