El Gobierno Nacional, departamental, distrital, y municipal, bajo la supervisión de la entidad rectora del Sistema Nacional de Bienestar Familiar diseñará y ejecutará programas de atención especializada para los niños, las niñas y los adolescentes víctimas de delitos, que respondan a la protección integral, al tipo de delito, a su interés superior v a la prevalencia de sus derechos.
