Las inversiones podrán hacerse en divisas, en equipos y en los demás bienes y servicios que autorice por vía general del Consejo Nacional de Política Económica. Cuando la inversión se hiciere en divisas que deban adquirirse en el país, se requerirá la correspondiente licencia de cambio. Si la inversión estuviere representada en equipos, la exportación se hará conforme a reglamentos especiales de la Junta de Comercio Exterior, y no será necesario el reintegro de su valor en moneda extranjera.
