En los Departamentos, Intendencias y Comisarias, donde existan radiodifusoras privadas, el respectivo Gobernador, Intendente o Comisario establecerá inmediatamente un servicio informativo para transmitir los boletines que envíe el Gobierno Nacional con destino a la radiodifusión de noticias y para dar las informaciones locales que el Gobierno seccional considere necesario hacer conocer del público. Ninguna información nacional o local que no haya sido autorizada por el Gobierno seccional podrá difundirse por las radiodifusoras.
