Además De Las Rentas Propias De Cada Municipio, Los Concejos Municipales Incluirán En Sus Respectivos Presupuestos La Renta De Degüello, La Cual Aplicarán Exclusivamente Á La Construcción De Locales Para Cárceles, Escuelas Y Casa Municipal

Además de las rentas propias de cada Municipio, los Concejos Municipales incluirán en sus respectivos Presupuestos la renta de degüello, la cual aplicarán exclusivamente á la construcción de locales para Cárceles, Escuelas y Casa Municipal. Terminados estos edificios, el Intendente dispondrá la aplicación especial que cada Municipio debe darle á esta renta.

Parágrafo

El ganado que se mate en las haciendas, hatos ò fundaciones, siempre que sea para el consumo de las mismas, no pagará este derecho.
