° Plan Inicial de Reconstrucción y Fomento. Adoptado por el Consejo Directivo, la Corporación deberá presentar, para aprobación del Gobierno, el Plan Inicial de Reconstrucción y Fomento de Popayán y el Departamento del Cauca, a más tardar dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a la expedición de este Decreto.
