Para pagar el valor de los referidos contratos queda el Gobierno expresamente facultado para hacerlo con los fondos que estén destinados en el Presupuesto para la respectiva obra pública y si se trata de una empresa ya en explotación se podrá tomar el dinero necesario de sus productos.
