Las corporaciones privadas de ahorro y vivienda como establecimientos de crédito que son, estarán sometidas a la vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria y contribuirán para el sostenimiento de ésta con el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de las sumas que para tales fines se determinen para los establecimientos bancarios.
