º . El artículo 8º del Decreto 1282 de 1994, quedará así: "Los aviadores civiles que ingresen con posterioridad al 1º de abril de 1994, se regirán por las normas establecidas en la Ley 100 de 1993. Por lo tanto, podrán optar por alguno de los regímenes de pensiones consagrados en dicha ley, en las condiciones señaladas en la misma. Sin embargo, la edad de pensión de vejez en cualquiera de los dos regímenes será de 57 años para las mujeres y 60 para los hombres".
