El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público deberá enviar al Comité Consultivo para la Regla Fiscal, creado por el articulo 14 de la Ley 1473 de 2011, informes trimestrales que rindan cuentas sobre la evolución de las finanzas públicas del Gobierno nacional central durante la vigencia fiscal 2021. Los informes contendrán la información disponible al momento del envio respectivo. El Comité podrá pronunciarse sobre dichos informes.
