º . Vicecontralor. A partir del 1º de enero de 2001, el Vicecontralor tendrá derecho a percibir una remuneración mensual de seis millones cuatrocientos veinte mil noventa y tres pesos M/CTE. ($6.420.093), de los cuales el 50% corresponde a Gastos de Representación. Además, tendrá derecho a percibir una prima de alta gestión equivalente a un millón seiscientos setenta y cuatro mil novecientos ochenta y tres pesos M/CTE. ($1.674.983) y una prima técnica equivalente a la suma de dos millones noventa y tres mil setecientos veintinueve pesos M/CTE. ($2.093.729). La prima técnica y de alta gestión de que trata este artículo no constituyen factor salarial para ningún efecto legal.
