Artículo cuarto . El doctor Fandiño Silva tendrá derecho a los pasajes aéreos entre Bogotá y Caracas, tanto para llevar los documentos y objetos de la Exposición, como para traerlos, y a viáticos de $ 50.00 diarios por un total de seis días, sumas que se pagarán de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto número 142 de 1935.
