Modifíquese el artículo 79 del Decreto 1686 de 2012, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 79. Certificado de inspección sanitaria para exportación. Siempre que el país importador lo requiera, el INVIMA expedirá para los lotes de bebidas alcohólicas y/o materias primas a exportar, el certificado de inspección sanitaria”.
