º Cuando de un Vicecónsul o Agente Consular se solicitare un auxilio de repatriación, se dará el aviso del caso al Cónsul de la República en el país en donde se encuentre el interesado, a fin de que se impartan las órdenes e instrucciones relativas a la formación del expediente, y luego que éste se halle completo, dicte la resolución del caso.
