Art. 9. En el mes de Diciembre formara la Direccion un estado o resumen general en que conste con la debida claridad el movimiento de la renta tanto de especies como de caudales, costos, productos i utilidades liquidas en el año económico concluido en 31 de Agosto de cada año.
