PERSONAL SUPERNUMERARIO Y CONTRATOS POR SERVICIOS TECNICOS. Para la vinculación de personal supernumerario se observará lo preceptuado para este efecto por el Decreto 1042 de 1978. La celebración de los contratos de prestación de servicios se ajustará a lo indicado en el Capítulo 11 del Decreto 222 de 1983, y en ningún caso habrá lugar a prórroga o adiciones automáticas o tácitas de dichos contratos.
