Las inversiones constituidas en TAN por el Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones, Proexpo, deberán sustituirse por Títulos de Tesorería, TES, Títulos de Deuda de la Tesorería General de la República, Tesoros, y Títulos de Deuda Privada, TDP's, en los términos que se convengan con la Tesorería General de la República.
