Si en virtud del concordato quedan pagados o asegurados todos los créditos reconocidos, o si así lo solicita la totalidad de los acreedores admitidos, en la misma providencia de aprobación se declarará terminado el proceso mercantil; pero el proceso penal continuará hasta su terminación.
