La donación de inmuebles exige como requisitos únicos para su perfeccionamiento, la escritura pública, el registro correspondiente y su publicación en le Diario Oficial. En dicha escritura no será forzosa la inclusión de las cláusulas obligatorias ordenadas en este Decreto.
