Las empresas establecidas en el país respecto a las cuales se haya hecho la declaración de que trata el artículo 25 del Decreto-Ley 1050 de 1932, deberán cumplir con todos los requisitos antes señalados dentro del término de seis meses, contados a partir de la fecha de la publicación del presente Decreto en el Diario Oficial.
