° Las tarifas para estudias y provectos de acueductos y alcantarillados que se aprueban por este Decreto son las siguientes, aplicables únicamente a proyectos de complejidad normal de una capacidad diaria máxima, al final del periodo de diseño, inferior a 400 1/seg. Los proyectos de mayor complejidad o de mayor capacidad deberán paga rae por cualquiera de los sistemas de cobro establecidos en tarifa vigente aprobada por el Gobierno Nacional. Estas tarifas comprenden

a)

Informe preliminar;

b)

Topografía;

c)

Proyectos para acueductos y alcantarillados;

d)

Investigaciones:

e)

Diseño de plantas de tratamiento de aguas naturales:

f)

Diseño de plantas de tratamiento de aguas residuales;

g)

Reajuste automático de tarifas;

h)

Otros.
