(Transitorio). Apruébase la autorización dada por el Gobierno a los Departamentos y al D. E. de Bogotá, en desarrollo de los Decretos extraordinarios números 879 y 1148 de 1956, para el recaudo directo de cuatro (4) centavos ($0.40) por galón como impuesto de consumo de gasolina a partir del primero de enero de 1959. Igualmente apruébase el subsidio a cargo de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos y a favor de los Departamentos y del D. E. de Bogotá, de seis centavos ($0.60) por galón de gasolina a partir de la misma fecha.
