Ley 46 de 1911 · Por la cual se ordena construir un camino al Caquetá

Procédase a construir en las mejores condiciones posibles, un camino de herradura que conduzca de San Sebastián, capital del Distrito del Rosal, a Santa Rosa, capital del Distrito del mismo nombre, en el Alto Caquetá, Provincia de Caldas del Departamento del Cauca; y de Santa Rosa, por la línea más corta que presente mayores facilidades, a un puerto del rio Caquetá o del Orteguasa.

En consecuencia, se declara nacional la expresada vía.
