Los empleados encargados de hacer cumplir las leyes sobre descanso dominical y las disposiciones del presente Decreto, incurrirán en multas correccionales de veinte a doscientos pesos, que impondrá el Ministro de Industrias de acuerdo con las reglas generales, si hubiere omisión o retardo en el cumplimiento de los deberes que en aquellas disposiciones se les señalan.
