Artículo primero. Los organismos cooperativos de grado superior que afilien cooperativas especializadas en planes de vivienda, o que tengan en funcionamiento secciones de vivienda, tendrán derecho a enviar una terna para ocupar el puesto respectivo en la Junta Directiva del Instituto de Crédito Territorial.
