Los periodos de la Comision de vijilancia serán de un mes, i terminaran con el informe de que habla el artículo 218, en su inciso 6.°, del decreto del Poder Ejecutivo, "orgánico de la instruccion pública," de l.° de noviembre de 1870, el cual informe deben pasar a la Comandancia en jefe para que esta lo remita al Inspector departamental.
