º. Créase el Comité Asesor de Fauna del Sistema Nacional Ambiental SINA, adscrito al Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, cuyo objeto será el de servir de órgano asesor en materia de fauna terrestre y acuática, para la conservación, investigación, valoración, uso, manejo y aprovechamiento adecuados.
