Si no pudieren recibirse las declaraciones por muerte de los que hubieren de declarar o por no ser hallados en el lugar, podrá el Juez disponer que las firmas sean abonadas por personas fidedignas, especialmente por las que sí hubieren declarado entre los testigos instrumentales.
