Art. 2.° Autorízase igualmente al Ministerio de Hacienda para que pueda disponer hasta de la misma cantidad de sal, destinada a auxiliar los Establecimientos de la propia naturaleza que se encuentren fundados fuera del Departamento de Cundinamarca, y que, a juicio también del Ministerio en referencia, sean acreedores a ese auxilia. Comuníquese y publíquese.
