Ley 1448 de 2011 · por la cual se dictan medidas de atención, asistencia y reparación integral a las víctimas del conflicto armado interno y se dictan otras disposiciones.

DE LA ESTRUCTURA, FUNCIONES Y OPERA-TIVIDAD DEL PROGRAMA DE ATENCIÓN PSICOSOCIAL Y SALUD INTEGRAL A VÍCTIMAS. El Gobierno Nacional, de acuerdo a lo contemplado en el artículo anterior, reglamentará la estructura, funciones y la forma en que operará el Programa de Atención Psicosocial y Salud Integral a Víctimas.

De la misma forma, deberá establecer la articulación con las entidades territoriales de acuerdo a los artículos 172 y 173 de la presente Ley, para su cumplimiento en el nivel territorial, especialmente, para el desarrollo de la estrategia del Modelo Único de Atención Integral a Víctimas.
