Auméntase el fondo rotativo de la Sección de Provisiones, que actualmente es de $ 500,000, según el artículo 12 del Decreto número 518 bis de 1931, hasta la cuantía en que alcancen a acrecentarlo las cuentas de cobro que dicha Sección tiene a cargo de varios Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos, y que al hacerlas efectivas excederían la cantidad antes citada, pasando a fondos comunes.
