° El pago de esta suma se hará en libranzas contra las Aduanas de Cúcuta y Cartagena, pagaderas por mitad en cada una de ellas, mensualmente, así: $ 3,333 treinta días después de que la presente Ley empiece á surtir sus efectos; $ 3,333 el día último del mes siguientes; $ 3,333 treinta días después de la fecha anterior; y $ 421 el día último del mes subsiguiente.
