ARTICULO 65. Comisiones del servicio. El personal civil del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional, puede ser destinado en comisión del servicio con el fin de ejecutar determinados actos, ejercer ciertas funciones dentro de la Institución o fuera de ella, adelantar estudios, someterse a tratamiento médico y representar al Ministerio de Defensa, a la Policía Nacional o al Gobierno en reuniones o ceremonias de interés profesional o general, tanto dentro del país, como en el exterior. Estas últimas solamente podrán disponerse para empleados públicos.
