Impugnación de las elecciones del vocal de control. Las elecciones del Vocal de Control de que trata el artículo 62 de la Ley 142 de 1994, podrán impugnarse ante el Personero del Municipio donde se realice la Asamblea de elección y las decisiones de éste serán apelables ante la Dirección General de Participación del Ministerio del Interior.
