Acción Independiente . Las conferencias que cubran puertos colombianos deben permitir a sus miembros ejercer la acción independiente para modificar las tarifas registradas. La conferencia registrará la nueva tarifa ante la DIMAR, dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes al ejercido de la acción independiente, para uso de tal miembro y de cualquier otro que notifique a la conferencia que ha decidido adoptar dicha tarifa, indicando las fechas de inicio y terminación de la citada acción. (Decreto 804 de 2001, artículo 39).
