Acceso gratuito a la información. Las entidades competentes garantizarán a las Comunidades Negras, Afrocolombianas, Raizales y Palenqueras el acceso gratuito y ágil a la información levantada en el marco de la gestión catastral, de acuerdo con la ley de acceso a la información pública, la normativa vigente en relación con la protección de datos personales y demás restricciones legales vigentes.

Parágrafo

Los gestores catastrales con competencias en el ámbito de aplicación del presente decreto garantizarán la disposición de la información, de manera que se pueda descargar de forma gratuita e ininterrumpida. SECCIÓN 6 ARTICULACIÓN CON EL ORDENAMIENTO TERRITORIAL
