Las obligaciones que adeuden las instituciones financieras públicas en liquidación por concepto de impuestos y multas a favor del Tesoro Nacional, podrán extinguirse previo el cumplimiento del procedimiento y las condiciones que para tal efecto establezca el Gobierno Nacional.
