Art. 63. Para hacer efectivas las responsabilidades criminal y civil contra los Magistrados y Jueces por infracción ó violación de leyes en los autos y sentencias en juicio civil, en los casos prevenidos en el Código Penal, se requiere acusación de parte, pero la actuación podrá seguirse en papel blanco.
