Art. 2.º Las Sociedades y Compañías anónimas constituidas durante la vigencia de los artículos 553 a 567 del Código de Comercio, que no alcanzaron a ser oficialmente reconocidas antes de la expedición de la Ley 27 de 1888 , quedarán legalizadas por declaratoria expresa de Presidente de la Republica, en vista de sus Estatutos para objeto licito y sin otra condición que la de quedar sujetas a las obligaciones legales. Con esta declaratoria ocurrirán dichas Compañías ante el Juez respectivo para que se surta la diligencia prescrita en el artículo 470 del Código.
