Cámaras de Comercio. La Cámaras de Comercio ejercen, entre otras funciones, las de llevar el registro mercantil, certificar sobre los actos y documentos en él inscritos, recopilar las costumbres mercantiles, certificar sobre la existencia de las recopiladas y servir de tribunales de arbitramento.
