° De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 3° de la Ley 85 citada, y disposiciones pertinentes de la Ley 64 de 1931, autorízase al Ministro de Hacienda para abrir los créditos o verificar los traslados a que hubiere lugar en el Presupuesto vigente, con el fin de atender al pago de la prima en referencia.
