Faltas absolutas y renuncia. Cuando se presente una falta absoluta o renuncia de un representante de los que tratan los artículos 7º, 8º y 9º del presente decreto, la organización de la cual proviene podrá nombrar su reemplazo por el tiempo que reste para completar el período, previa comunicación escrita al Consejo Ambiental Regional.
