ARTICULO 81 . LAS FALTAS EN QUE PUEDEN INCURRIR LOS OPERADORES Y LAS SANCIONES QUE PUEDEN IMPONERSE SON LAS ESTABLECIDAS EN LA LEY. Los operadores de la telefonía móvil celular, podrán ser sancionados por incurrir en las conductas prohibidas en el Decreto Ley 1900 de 1990 y además las sancionables conforme a la Ley 37 de 1993, al negarse a prestar la interconexión en condiciones técnicas y económicas iguales a todo operador celular que lo solicite. Serán sancionados por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones con multas hasta por mil (1.000) salarios mínimos legales mensuales, cada una, según la gravedad de la falta, el daño producido y la reincidencia en su comisión, sin perjuicio de las acciones judiciales que adelanten las partes.
