Las acciones para el pago de los auxilios y demás prestaciones sociales que la Caja de Protección Social de la Policía Nacional conceda a sus afiliados, por muerte, enfermedad, cesantía o jubilación, prescribirán a los cuatro (4) años contados desde la fecha en que se cause el derecho.
