Las Juntas Directivas pueden reunirse, deliberar y tomar decisiones cuando haya quórum.

Parágrafo 2

Las decisiones de las Juntas Directivas serán consideradas en Acuerdos firmados por quienes las presidan y por el respectivo secretario y se tomarán por mayoría de votos. CAPITULO II De los Gerentes Generales
