° De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 18 del Decreto número 1112 de 1915, los antiguos ferrocarriles de la Sabana y del Sur, propiedad de la Nación, forman una sola entidad que se denominará Ferrocarril de la Sabana y Sur, regida por un Gerente, que ejercerá sus funciones baja la autoridad superior del Ministerio de Hacienda.
