Art. 132. Las autoridades á quienes un Juez competente confiera una comisión, se sujetarán a su tenor literal; pero tienen facultad para emplear todos los medios y apremios legales que sean necesarios para el cumplimiento de la comisión.

Todo acto distinto constituye usurpación y es nulo. En consecuencia, los Jueces comisionados no admitirán recurso alguno que entorpezca la ejecución de las sentencias o resoluciones cuyo cumplimiento se les haya encargado.
