Las donaciones en favor de personas damnificadas por la actividad volcánica del Nevado del Ruiz que hagan el Fondo de Reconstrucción, "Resurgir" o las entidades que laboran en la rehabilitación de las zonas afectadas por aquella, estarán exentas de todo impuesto, tasa o contribución y no requerirán del procedimiento de insinuación establecido en el artículo 1458 del Código Civil.
